Ce-Classes.com is approved by the California Foundation for Advancement of Addiction Professionals (CFAAP) as an Alcohol/Drug Counseling Studies Program. As a provider we have met all the requirements as set forth by CAADAC and the Education board (CFAAP).
Complaints are reviewed by our administrative board within 5 working days. Formal grievances are required to be written, and will be responded to within 20 business days.
Requests for ADA accommodations – Student Services is the primary department responsible for the coordination of auxiliary aids and services for students with disabilities. Information and/or services are available to prospective and enrolled students by request to support@addictionstraininginstitute.com
Students may withdraw from the program at any time. Written notification submitted to support@addictionstraininginstitute.com is required. Students may request a refund for payments made. Requests for refunds must be made in writing and submitted to support@addictionstraininginstitute.com – all refunds will incur an administrative fee of $150. The schedule for refunds is as follows: Up to 5 business days after payment: 100%; The first 2 calendar days of any term: 75%. There are no refunds for courses after the 3rd day of a term. There are also no refunds if a student makes a payment or payments toward a training and never begins or completes a course for an extended period of time.
