This course is based on the classic book by Elisabeth Kubler-Ross. This book revolutionized the way mental health practitioners thought about death and dying. It is a seminal work in the field of palliative care. The book is both moving and informative. Although the stages of dying have become an integral part of every clinician’s training in human development, few have taken the time to read Kubler-Ross’s original work. It is well worth the effort.
