It’ll also identify common rationalizations that clinicians make when acting in an unethical manner. <p><strong><span style="font-size: small; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Presenter Bios: <br /></span></strong><strong style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: small;">Ronald Black, L.C.S.W.<br /></strong><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: small;">Ron Black graduated with his undergraduate degree from the University of Hawaii, and his graduate degree from Florida International University where he received the Excellence in the Field Award in 1989. He holds an active license in the state of Florida and is board certified as a clinical supervisor for social work, mental health, and marriage and family therapy. He has over 30 years of clinical experience in the field, and over 20 years of administrative experience.<br /></span><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: small;">Ron developed supervision and training programs for graduate students and interns from a wide array of disciplines, including social work, counseling, and nursing. <br /></span><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: small;">He has served as an adjunct professor, a clinical instructor for numerous local universities, and has practical experience in agency administration along with JCAHO and CARF accreditation, training, development, substance abuse, and intensive couples counseling.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: small; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><strong>Toni DiDona, Ph.D., L.C.S.W.</strong><br />Toni earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Miami, and both her M.S.W. and Ph.D. degrees from Florida International University where she received the Academic Excellence Award in 1989. She holds an active license in the state of Florida and has been board certified as a clinical supervisor for social work, mental health, marriage, and family therapy. She has over 32 years of experience in the field, including clinical work, teaching, and administration.<br />She has over 20 years of full-time teaching experience and has taught at both the graduate and undergraduate level at four major universities in South Florida. She has practical experience in accreditation for CARF, JCAHO, and MSA. <br />Toni has experience in training, development, child and adolescent therapy, special medical populations - including HIV, SED children - and head injury. She also currently teaches at CAU, where she was awarded the Distinguished Professor of the Year in 2007.</span></p>
