Diversity for Non-Clinical Staff
This course on diversity provides a definition of culture and the elements that make up the complex construct. It identifies the benefits of becoming more culturally competent as well as some of the initial steps towards cultural competency. It is an introductory level course designed for non-clinical staff and employees.
