Today and Tomorrow
AnnualsMeetings & Open Conference
Mays31 – Junes3, 2017 Philadelphia,Pennsylvania

This year’s conference theme, Innovative Family Therapy: Today and Tomorrow, will address innovative ideas and practices that are informed by the intersections of our own professional, personal, and multi-community member identities as well as those of the families and communities who consult us. in addition to exciting Plenaries, Interest Groups and Concurrent Sessions, we will be engaging with each other in structured dialogues threaded throughout the conference. These will begin with the pre-conference Networking Sessions, the afternoon Member Dialogue, and the opening event of the conference where we will join together in an active and engaging process of dialogue and collective inquiry to envision and articulate an innovative future for our work and our field. We will also attend to our conference community’s wellbeing with centering practices and many opportunities to grow and enjoy our connections with one another.

means of elevating care.
5. To examine the ways in which intersectionality and social justice inform and enhance clinical interventions.
