Course Description: This course is based upon material published by the California Department of Fair Employment & Housing. The material is generated from brochures on Sexual Harassment and Transgender rights. 

 

California law stipulates that Employers who do business in California and employ 50 or more part-time or full-time employees must provide at least two hours of sexual harassment training every two years to each supervisory employee and to all new supervisory employees within six months of their assumption of a supervisory position.

 

This course on Sexual Harassment for California Agencies is designed for all employees, both full and part time who work in California.  This course is appropriate for beginning, intermediate and advanced level practitioners who wish to develop their understanding of Sexual Harassment for California Agencies. It may also be useful for licensed clinicians who require clinical continuing education and meet statutory requirements.
